DA Foundation Activities

The foundation has greatly contributed to education development by providing scholarships to children at the primary, junior secondary and senior secondary schools within the FCT. DA foundation provides voluntary teaching services, writing material to students and textbooks to schools libraries to augment learning.

We also donate sport and playing facilities to schools for physical and mental fitness. Our services extend to the orphanage where we provide the children with foodstuffs and sanitary wares because we know that the children have to be healthy in order to learn.

Career Day

The Diran and Amina Foundation organized the Career Day aat Government Secondary School, Gwarinpa Estate, Abuja.
The programme was themed "Navigating Diverse Career Traits" and was focused on exposing the studants to the different career options the have.

Darlez Care Orphanage Visit

The Diran and Amina Foundation donated food, beverages and gift items to Darlez Care Orphanage in Abuja.

Mrs Amina Adetunji, who made the donation for the foundation, said the move was part of its social responsibility drive towards the society. She said: “We are driven by a desire to support the society by providing for the needy. These underprivileged children are humans like us; they should be shown love, care, compassion and sense of belonging. That is what we have come to do."

DA School Farm Projects

The foundation recently embarked on a drive to expose various students to farming as this will enable them to gain invaluable skills required as the government focus on agriculture to boost her foreign reserves.
